The company was formed in 1981 by Joseph G. Ondricek, with the idea to provide a high quality independent fee appraisal service. Joe did complete required hours of education in the Real Estate Appraisal Field and became a California Certified Residential Appraiser, California License #AR009125.
Linda J. Ondricek joined the company in 1990, for quality control and appraiser training. Linda completed the required hours of education in the Real Estate Appraisal Field and is a California Certified Residential Appraiser. Linda is in control of the Main office located in Hollister, California.
Sheri L. Crump-Kelly joined the company in 1993.
Sheri completed the required hours of education in the Real Estate Appraisal
field and is a California Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser. Sheri
is located in the City of Hollister and will be workng the Hollister, Gilroy
area.
Since the conception of the company, HIGH QUALITY SERVICE has been provided to Major Lending Institutions as well as Independent Mortgage Brokerage Firms, Banks, Real Estate Firms, Relocation Companies, and Private Individuals.
All appraisers affiliated with J & J Appraisal Service
are in compliance with State licensing requirements and stay updated
with industry practices and any new Federal Guidelines through continuing
education.
We are also a member of MetroList Services Inc., which is a Multiple Listing Service that includes Merced and Stanislaus Counties.
We also subscribe to MetroScan Online for San Benito, Merced, Stanislaus, and Santa Clara Counties.
